  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, databases, and desktop applications.
  • Understanding of VPN, remote connectivity, and general networking concepts.
  • Knowledge of network environments, including LAN/WAN, WLAN, DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, Proxy, SAN, VLANs, and VMWare.

  • Maintaining and keeping the IT hardware inventory up-to-date.
